When I watched "Back to the future II" for the first time, I was absorbed in the content. And the Japanese voice of Marty McFly was also splendid. I was really shocked to know how the real voice of Michael J. Fox was. His voice was too young at that time. His voice in "Spin city" is attractive, but not in "Back to the Future".
As the voice of Michael J. Fox, MITSUYA Yûji is usually used. However, TV staions stupidly use celebrities sometimes for promotion or something. ODA Yûji and MIYAKE Yûji have done the voices for two heros in "Back to the Future". They are all Yûji, but different kanji are used and are distinguishable. Thier skills as dubbers are also as different as chalk from cheese .
The below list is a work in progress. I have made every effort to accurately create this list. If you notice anything that is written incorrectly or is to be added, please let me know and I will post an update. Your impressions and comments, regardless of your knowledge of the dubber's voice, are also welcome.
